This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Seed AI. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
All services are custom-quoted managed services. Pricing is agreed upon via a signed proposal prior to commencement of work.
Initial setup fees are non-refundable. These cover labour, technical integrations, third-party configurations, and onboarding time. Once work has commenced, this fee cannot be refunded.
Ongoing monthly services are billed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice via email. Services continue through the notice period; fees already paid for that period are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered where there is a material failure to deliver the agreed service due to our error, or a billing error resulting in overcharge. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the disputed charge.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

These Terms govern all managed automation services provided by Seed AI, a sole trader (ABN: 96243370539), Melbourne, Victoria. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
Seed AI provides managed business automation and digital presence services including bespoke website design and management, automated SMS-based Google Review management, and AI-powered missed call text-back systems. Specific deliverables are defined in a signed proposal prior to commencement.
All services are custom-quoted. Pricing is agreed via signed proposal. Services are structured as a one-time setup fee followed by a recurring monthly service fee, billed via Stripe.
By agreeing to a proposal, you authorise recurring charges at the agreed monthly rate until cancelled per our Refund Policy.
No service commences without a signed written proposal specifying: scope, one-time setup fee, recurring monthly fee, and billing commencement date.
The Client agrees to provide timely access to accounts and information; ensure content provided does not infringe third-party rights; maintain a valid payment method in Stripe; and notify us of billing or contact changes promptly.
Upon full payment of setup fees, the Client owns final website deliverables. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms. Proprietary systems and methodologies developed by Seed AI remain our intellectual property.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
Either party may cancel ongoing monthly services with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to Victorian courts.
